Circle of Hope's mission is to offer support to families of children with life threatening and chronic conditions. We also provide support to families in the process of adopting children with special needs, including older children in danger of aging out and sibling groups. Circle of Hope, a grass roots registered 501 C 3 organization, was created in 2006 by Eli and Kim Houser in memory of their daughter Emma Catherine Houser after she passed away at the age of three from a rare childhood syndrome on May 22, 2005. Our goal is to encircle families & children with compassion, support and hope. It is an honor to walk alongside families in each step of their own unique journey. In 2011, Eli and Kim adopted their youngest child from Nikolaev, Ukraine. God used this blessed journey to open their eyes to the fatherless and laid the groundwork in their hearts to begin advocating for the fatherless as well as supporting other families in the process of adoption. It is humbling to be on this journey and an honor to watch as God continues to grow Circle of Hope for His glory. Circle of Hope is a completely volunteer organization supported by the generosity of community donations and area businesses. We offer direct support based on a family's unique situation and needs. This includes financial assistance for emergency medical expenses, Christmas for children who are home bound and hospitalized, assistance to offset the tremendous financial burden of burial expenses, emotional support, fundraising support for adoption, orphan care and adoption grants through tax deductible fundraising to eligible families.
